This is a job that’s had so many twists, turns, delays, and sidesteps that we could have used a full-time researcher just to track who said what and when! It’s confusing, but fortunately we have all the records to review.
I’ve enclosed a copy of the historical data in our file, dating back nearly three years. If you’ll look at specification 1-5218A on page 7, paragraph VII , section 3, and on page 8, paragraph VIII, section 7, you’ll find the references that were missing from your file.
The CV flow test for the 3” valve was clearly agreed upon (at a cost of $12,812). And even though the work was done more than two years later, we maintained the pricing. Now we’d appreciate your lifting the embargo you placed on payment.
